Blueberry Banana Smoothie

There is something about drinking a smoothie for a meal that makes me feel extremely proud for being "healthy." I had a burger and fries last night for dinner, but don't worry, I'm having a smoothie for breakfast, so they'll negate each other.
I know it doesn't work like that, but drinking kale or spinach makes me feel like I should step on the scale and instantly be 2 pounds down.
I recently moved and my blender didn't make the trip, so I've been on the search for a good new blender. After reading several blog post rating the kitchen appliance, and seeing hundreds of 5 star ratings, I decided to invest in a Vitamix.
A Vitamix is a hot/cold blender that can make everything from smoothies, to peanut butter, cookings, guacamole, ice-cream, etc.
Though I've only made a few recipes with it so far, I am so impressed. It is extremely powerful, so every smoothie I have made thus far is smooth despite some of the solid ingredients I choose to add in: flax seeds, oats, almonds, etc.
Many of the models can sync with the Vitamix app from your phone which makes it as easy as choosing the recipes, dropping in the ingredients and the blender sets on its own to make the recipe perfect.
If you're considering buying one, I am always happy to answer questions and would love to try your favorite Vitamix recipes, so please share with me.
