This weekend I had the pleasure of watching a very talented baker whip up the most delicious Peppermint Cookie recipe. Just like anyone on their way to becoming a pro-baker, she thought through the right flavor profiles to pair with Trader Joe's Christmas Gingerbread Ice cream. She started sorting through the pantry, going back and forth between molasses cookies and peppermint cookies, and quickly found all of the ingredients to have a dessert prepared in less than 20 minutes.
